A vintage brass ticket from France, gently aged to a warm patina, offers a tactile reminder of a bygone era—its engraved numerals and crisp edge wear suggesting use in a theater, train, or club. Compact and solid, the ticket’s weight and brass tone make it an attractive collectible or decorative accent; display it alone on a shelf, grouped with other ephemera in a shadow box, or use it as a unique accent in staging or retail visual merchandising. Versatile and durable, this small piece carries history and charm while fitting effortlessly into rustic, industrial, or mid-century inspired interiors.

Wonderful framed antique Joseph Sharn oil on canvas Victorian child painting featuring a tender portrayal of a young child rendered with delicate brushwork and a soft, muted palette characteristic of the era. The piece displays excellent original condition for its age, with subtle craquelure that attests to its authenticity and history, and is housed in an ornate period frame that complements the composition without overwhelming it. Joseph Sharn’s sensitive handling of light and texture brings warmth to the sitter’s expression and clothing, making the work an attractive focal point for classic interiors, collections of Victorian portraiture, or period staging. Ideal for collectors and decorators seeking a refined, historically resonant piece, this painting offers both decorative charm and the provenance-rich appeal of a 19th-century portrait.
Undated. Frame shows some damage, Oil has light cracking and marks which is highlighted on the painting. Like bubbling from old oil. Condition is very nice though. Light paper damage on back. See sizing and condition in photos and ask questions if you got em. Lots of auctions of Joseth Sharn as well, beautiful piece. Signed bottom.

1949 Portrait of a Woman by Albert Horsfall (American)
Painted board, original frame
This evocative 1949 portrait by Albert Horsfall captures a seated woman with a calm, introspective expression and warm, mid-century palette. Executed on board, the surface presents with the visual qualities of a light oil or early acrylic, offering soft brushwork and subtle depth. Horsfall’s hand is confident yet restrained, giving the piece a timeless, intimate character.
The painting remains in its original period frame, which shows heavy wear including chips and corner loss. The wear lends an authentic, well-aged patina that many collectors appreciate. The frame is currently loose, and the board has slight movement within it but remains secure. The hanging wire is loose yet functional. The paper backing has been torn off, revealing the reverse.
Notably, this work appears to have been offered to the Cleveland Museum of Art at some point. Light wear is visible on the painted surface, consistent with age.
Overall condition is 6/10, reflecting age, handling, and frame condition while maintaining strong visual appeal.
A compelling mid-century portrait with genuine character—ideal for collectors of American regional art, portraiture, or vintage interiors.
such a cool piece. Looks and acts like a light oil or acrylic on board. The frame has heavy wear, chips on the corner, that looks quite nice but is loose. There board is what i consider loose but secure and can move a bit. This was offered to the Cleveland Museum of Arts and looks to have been rejected but not sure. Light wear on the board. The wire is loose but works fine. The paper has been torn off. Condition 6/10. See photos for full condition and sizing.

Danny Hahlbohm Yacht Boat Painting – Signed – Nautical Art on Stretched Canvas
Very interesting and unique nautical artwork by Danny Hahlbohm, featuring a yacht/boat scene with excellent paint texture and character. The piece is painted on stretched canvas, stapled securely to heavy wood backing, and finished with a rope border around the circular edge. The rope is tight overall and can be adjusted slightly if desired.
The painting is signed and shows strong brushwork and quality consistent with Hahlbohm’s maritime style. I did my best to capture the paint texture and detail in the photos.
Approx. size: ~19 inches in diameter (measured to the outside of the rope)
Medium: Paint on stretched canvas
Mounting: Stapled to heavy wood backing
Condition: Very good overall; a few very slight marks consistent with age and display
Style: Nautical / Maritime / Coastal décor
A very cool and eye-catching piece that would look great in a coastal home, boat house, office, or nautical-themed collection.

In good used condition, there are some scraps to the massive frame but they are few and far between. This piece is a showstopper and would have been 10k plus at time of purchase, not to mention the massive frame. Please note PU only, size is way to large to ship. There is heavy beautiful texture for this wall painting. Came out of Harbor Springs mansion. Please see video and photos. Condition 9/10(including frame, canvas is in beautiful shape). Signature just on the bottom, no verso. Date of creation unknown, but I am assuming 1990s. Information is to the best of my expertise. Pictures dont do it justice how big and beautiful this piece is!
PU in Bloomfield or Harbor Springs. Please message before purchase to arrange.
Original vintage oil painting by H. Gailey, dated 1989. This is a striking and unusual rectangular piece with an odd, elongated shape that gives it a very distinctive presence. The artwork appears to depict a serene waterscape, rendered in soft, atmospheric tones typical of traditional oil techniques.
The front of the painting is in very good vintage condition, with no visible flaws to the painted surface. The piece is signed on the front, adding to its authenticity and collectible appeal.
Condition notes (honestly reflected):
Light spotting present on the back of the piece (age-related)
Frame shows light wear, including minor scratching
Frame corners do not align perfectly; unsure if this is original to the piece or from age
Overall structurally sound and displays well
This is a very cool, uncommon format that stands out from standard framed artwork and would make a great conversation piece for collectors of vintage oil paintings or unique wall art.

Circa 1940s still life floral oil painting attributed to Katherine Sophie Dreier (1877–1952). The composition features a softly abstracted bouquet rendered in layered, expressive brushstrokes of blue, gold, and warm earth tones against a pale ground. Presented in a complementary framed setting, the work reflects modernist sensibilities with a lyrical, painterly texture and harmonious balance.
Beautiful circa 1940s explosion of color, this piece is the coolest. There is slight wear and rubbing on the matting interior. Frame has slight scratches. Light collapsing on the heavy oil areas just because of age. Wear on the back. Roughly 30 x 30 canvas, 37 5/16 x 37 5/16 Frame. Beautiful piece. Circa 1940s because that is when she was in that area-but it is just my research to date it there. Signed. See photos for full condition and sizing.
