Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and packing requirements. Smaller items are shipped via trusted carriers, while larger, fragile, or high-value pieces may require professional packing and freight shipping. In these cases, we will coordinate directly with the buyer after purchase. Larger items may be pick up only.
Local pickup in Petoskey, Michigan is available by appointment. Please contact us to arrange pickup after completing your order.
Once your item has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that processing and packing times may vary due to the unique nature of antiques and custom packing needs.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select items. Please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss availability, costs, and logistics.
Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antiques and vintage items, all sales are final.
We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each piece, including condition, age-related wear, and imperfections that are consistent with antique items. We encourage customers to review all details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Returns will only be considered if an item has been significantly misrepresented. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We make final decisions on all items whether a return will be issued.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials. We will work with you to file a shipping claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
